How to Successfully Shed 3 Kilos Within 7 Days

Continue your walk as long as you want. Thirty minutes is best, but you may also do it for fifteen minutes. If you don’t want to walk every day, then you may also try cycling and swimming to counter boredom. The idea is to have a full body workout in minimum time.

Devote only 10 minutes to do your favourite cardio exercise and make sure to do 5 minutes of stretching both before and after your cardio. Here is a suggestion – Do 3 sets of 20 crunches, 3 sets of 15 squats and 30 seconds of plank will give you fantastic results beyond your expectations within 7 days. If you are a yoga person, then you can do yoga as well. It is quite effective and will add an extra glow to your face.

You Can’t Spare Even 30 Minutes. What to Do?

No worries. Still you can achieve your goal and I will tell you how. You can have a full body workout in just 7 minutes. Here’s how – devote 30 seconds each to jumping jack, squats, basic crunches, tricep dips, plank, high knee jump and at last, lunges. Take 10 seconds break after every 30 seconds. Try to do 3 sets of each for best results. You may also follow some 10 minutes workout video in Youtube. However, since this kind of full body workout require a certain level of fitness, if you are completely out of touch from exercising for a long time, then do judge your own capacity before attempting those workouts. If you are doubtful, start with brisk walking and short cardio and stretching exercises as I have mentioned above.

Some More Tips

Besides exercising, also pay attention to your daily diet for this duration. Cut out all forms of carbs from your diet for these 7 days. Rise intake of fresh fruits, green vegetables and protein. Include fruits like apple, melons, lemons, guava, and cucumber. Add yoghurt, egg whites in your diet. Start your morning with green tea. Drink at least 4 litres of water every day to flush out toxins. And even while doing cardio inside your home, don’t forget to wear your sports shoes.
